Every single staff member I encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional they made me feel like I was a priority from start to finish. The level of care and attention they gave me was unmatched. They asked thoughtful questions about my comfort, any areas of tension, and made sure I was fully relaxed before the service even began. In response to a review that a friend posted, I'd like to say that although the reservation was booked under my name, my "friend" also paid her share for services. I find it very unfortunate that her experience wasn't valid because she didn't book the reservation. I appreciate the opportunity to return but quite frankly, I don't want to have that experience again. Waiting 2 hours and having to take all of my clothes off for a scalp massage wasn't ideal and isn't something I'd like to do again. Also, the response to her experience seems a bit harsh and doesn't show appreciation for your consumers. Therefore, thanks, but no thanks.

She has such a great attitude, makes you feel comfortable, and provides excellent customer service every single time. I’ve also had other services here, most recently a couples massage, and it was wonderful. Elizabeth and Lili were both fantastic — very professional, relaxing, and attentive. Joan loved it, and we both left feeling refreshed and happy. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff genuinely cares about their clients. I highly recommend Empress Oasis for anyone looking for quality service and a great experience.
