I’ve been getting my nails done for years, but no one has ever done it quite like Venus. From the moment I sit in her chair. I know my hands and feet are in the best hands possible. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and makes sure everything looks flawless, whether it’s a simple polish, gel , dip or waxing. she also use the best products, but her technique is unmatched. My nails always last longer, and my feet feel like they’ve been pampered with every visit. I’ve never left her chair feeling anything less than fabulous. If you’re looking for someone who can give you perfect nails every time, she’s the one. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my nails, and I always look forward to my appointments. Truly the best!

I think I might have found my new favorite nail shop! This was my first time at Enchanted and I have to say my experience was top notch. The atmosphere and service were amazing...their massage chairs are the best and I was served chilled, fruit flavored water in a glass (with a straw!). They offer every nail color under the sun, which is a huge plus for me as choosing a fun color is the highlight of my nail salon visit :). My technician took time with my services (gel mani/gel pedi) and cared about them looking good...and they did...I dare say the best my nails have ever looked in quite some time. This was a tough decision because I’ve had a good time here before however my last two visits have been terrible and have to ensure that others see this and hopefully don’t get hurt. I had a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. While doing my pedicure the tech began using the foot scraper on the side of my big toe. She sliced my foot wide open and then tried to quickly hide it from me by shoving my foot back into the dirty water. When she realized it was too bad to cover up she put brown powder all over my toe to get it to stop gushing blood this worked but only after she finally used some cotton swabs to stop the blood. My first review on Google because of how HORRIBLE their service was. 1. The nail tech (a middle aged lady, who later said she is the manager of the place) could not understand me when I was telling her the nail colour shade was "complimentary wine". She kept repeating "white" and even brought back white nail polish, until I had to ask to speak to someone who could understand me and who could be be understood by me, and another nail tech got the right shade in an instant. If the employees/"managers" are not able to communicate the absolute basics, it shows how much the establishment respects its customers. 2. I’ve been coming to Enchanted for over a year now, and each time I leave with a beautiful manicure that looks just as good—sometimes better—than the picture I show her. She takes her craft seriously, and always takes great care of me. Super convenient to book appointments online, too!
