Enter Nail Spa

Once Marinello's Beauty College closed I had to find a new nail salon. I tried several in my area and was always disappointed as they kept pushing higher-priced services on me even after I said no several times. I finally found Enter. My favorite Nail Tech is no longer there but I like the owner very much. She's very quick, friendly and does an excellent job. I'm not as fond of her husband and the other woman that works there but that's okay. They have wonderful pedicure Spa chairs and I enjoy that tremendously. I've recently started paying extra to get gel nails and my nails are really growing. They are priced competitively with the other Vietnamese salons. I rarely have to wait and they have an amazing selection of colors.

Horrible horrible service, I took my aunty (82 yrs) who was visiting from our island... She was going back for the coronation, anyways she loves to get her legs massaged... So I thought a pedicure will be appropriate. I came in & asked the wait time 10 mins. They replied, ok so we waited about 20mins for her to get a seat... Than there was another 16min of her just soaking her feet before they actually started the process. The man that came to do her feet was already in a bad mood & ask me what kind of pedicure? Handing me the booklet menu & I said just the basic, & he grabbed the menu from me and threw it to an empty seat next to my aunt. Me and my aunt was talking quietly about her flight details and I notice he only applied lotion & never massaged her legs... At this point he is already

The man there was really nice as we walked in. Started doing my nails. Then when I told him what I wanted he got upset that I didn't want white tips. He started getting frustrated with me. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention he kept slamming stuff when he was doing my nails. Then he would stop every time to check the receipts that the other girls had checked out. Like really! 5 people left before me and got both mani and pedis. Really disappointed and aggravated that I spent all that time there for OK nails. Skipped the pedicure with that kind of an attitude I'm good. If you don't like doing nails let the girls do it. 0 stars if possible.

Do not go here!!!! I ignored the reviews and went. First time they sat me in a chair for 45 mins to make me think I was next for a pedicure finally after 2 hours I was done. Second time I asked for a very very simple design on my toes but what the lady did was horrible I asked nicely to remove the heart design. She did then talked crap about me in her lovely language for 5 mins after. I was so upset I ask to pay my bill and I left. I will never go here again. I'm not one to complain but please just go else where.

I got a full set on a Thursday. The sign says $22, I paid 30 because for coffin shape. $8 more to clip the sides, ok. By Saturday, 3 of the nails had popped off, by Tuesday I had re-glued all but 2. They're nice people but I won't be going back
