Envy

I went inside with brown hair. I wanted my natural hair color which was a light to ash blonde. The stylist, Molly, reassured me my hair would come out as blonde. after a long 4 hour process. It comes out like this. This is not a light blonde. This is the color that I came in with in the first place. Nothing was changed and I was charged a lot for it. Very, very unhappy with the color. Nothing was changed. I wished I stood up for myself in there but I was on the verge of tears and didn’t want to cause a scene.

First time getting a haircut here. Went good. Molly was friendly and did a nice job.

I just had a cut by Kelsey K and I was very pleased with it. She gave me wonderful advice on how to care for my curly hair . I also brought my teen son to her for a hair cut and she was wonderful with asking questions and suggesting what would work best with his hair. Very happy and will be booking with her again.

Did my hairdo with Jenna.. It was awesome! Got lots of compliments! Quick and friendly service in timely manner.. definitely would recommend this place!

When I pay good money for my hair to be done the way I want it, and I am promised the service and a good outcome, I expect it to be just that. Unfortunately, going into Envy, that was not the case. The stylist, Molly, revealed my hair and even her tone and words said that her work was not something to be proud of. Unfortunately, that was a lot of money down the drain - will not be coming back.
