After calling to make an appointment we arrived and sat for 20 minutes while the nail techs started another client. When it finally came time for us they were in such a rush they didn’t even ask what pedicure service we wanted. Our nail techs were clearly trying to get us out of the chair as quick as possible and in the process filed my big toe so fast and hard she broke skin!! 🩸The nail tech didn't acknowledge or apologize for nicking me. I'm thankful it didn't hurt or get infected. She slowed down a bit after sanding off my skin, but didn’t give much attention to the rest of my nails before polishing. We made an appointment for 4 pedicures same-day, and 2 technicians were in the salon when we arrived. There were also already 2 guests there as well. They did a good job moving between us and 2 other guests, but I was a little bothered by their multi-tasking between all 6 people in the salon. I wish they would have told us they couldn’t handle that many people before accepting the appointment. We definitely spent much longer because there weren’t enough technicians and they were bouncing between all of us. The pedicure was $35 and was fairly good for the price; however, I had to request that they spend more time working on my callouses. Even after asking, I wasn’t very happy with the end result. Amazing prices, friends staff, and incredible service. The man that did my pedicure was very polite considering how ticklish I get and gave me the best pedicure massage of my life. The woman who did my shellac was a pro and even stopped to give extra attention to my pinky blemish. I was able to walk in on a Sunday and get immediate service. Definitely going back!
