I got a full set removal + single nail repair + a regular general manicure today (Saturday afternoon) as a walk-in. It's a very small space, quiet, with few nail techs. However they were friendly and the woman that took care of me really took her time with me to do a good job. I'm used to nail techs rushing me at other places, so this was the first time I had someone who really cared about doing a good job instead of trying to get me done quick. I also found the prices reasonable. I will definitely come back here again!

If I could give them no stars I sure would ! I had the worst experience I went on Saturday for a gel fill well by Monday they was lifting so I went back on Tuesday to have them fixed and here we are 2 days later is Thursday and they are lifting again I called and the lady wasn’t that friendly she said well what do u want me to do I was like honestly I would like a refund she said fine so I call and ask if my husband can stop by since I have one car and won’t make it today and she said no u need to come I’m taking them off then I’ll refund u there was no need for the attitude I will never go back here and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t go here either

This was the absolute worst gel manicure I have ever received. If I could give a zero rating, I would. The tech filed my nails barely, in which I had to take the file and shape my nails to the desired shape after I asked her twice. She sloppily painted my nails and used only one coat. She didn't clip my cuticles. She barely pushed them back and applied one coat of nail polish. She then proceeds to put the smallest amount of lotion(enough to cover 1 finger) on my hand. Slightly rubs the lotion and pats my hand with a hot towel. I do not recommend this place. Along with the fact they could care less about the quality of service, the tech was not friendly at all. Go somewhere else. An absolute waste of time and money.

I've been here twice now. First the positives. The salon is in a nice looking strip mall location with decent parking. I was warmly greeted both times I arrived for my appointments, and the wait time was minimal. The nail tech from my first appointment was nice and did a good job. She was happy to fix a small issue with the polish and she seemed like she wanted me to be pleased with the job she did. When I was unable to get a fill-in appointment with this same nail tech until three weeks later, my nails were still stuck on with no lifting. As for the negatives, I came in for my second appointment and was told when I walked in that the person I made the appointment with was out, so another woman did my nails.
