Envy Salon and Aesthetics

Stylist was a sweet lady, but I got the impression she was a new stylist. She gave me a perm to have some volume in my hair, but I wasn’t very happy with it. I have medium thick hair and as she was applying the solution, I felt like all the rods weren’t covered. When I got home, I noticed some pieces were, indeed, not curled.

I am visiting from Kansas and booked a massage with Jessica Schafer. She is in the top 5 of my 30 years of getting massages. If you haven’t booked with her, do yourself a favor and do so!

This will be a long review, hang in there. Initially, I had to reschedule 3 times because being a mom of 4 is tough to get anything done for yourself. The first time I scheduled I woke up with the stomach bug on the day of. The next 2 times I had sick kiddos home from school that I had to stay with. And as mamas know, when they wake up sick, it’s not like you can give a ton of notice, however I tried to give at least a few hours so the stylist could call and see if someone else could come in. I realize this may not be adequate time, but there was nothing I could do. The stylist then had me pay a deposit for the next time I scheduled, completely understandable because I canceled so many times. Finally got my hair done and I will post pictures of what I asked for and what I got. This was $25

Paiton did a lovely updo for me for my rehearsal dinner. She was SO flexible - adjusting my appointment time due to the weather. And was the voice of calmness during my rescheduling saying “I could never be the reason your rehearsal doesn’t work out so literally whatever you need babe 🤍” Paiton is THE girl that everyone needs. Hair stayed all night, reasonably priced, and accommodating - book her for your special event hair!

Very unprofessional with new customers. All the good reviews must be from regulars. We moved to the area over the summer, and we made a simple haircut appointment for my wife on this past Saturday morning (second week of Nov). Arranged our busy weekend around it. My wife gets to the salon, and Leanne was not there. She had something come up, and did not communicate with my wife that the appointment was canceled. The lady she spoke to said "she couldn't find your number to call and let you know". Not sure how this place runs on that lack of efficiency.
