The two individuals who work here are very helpful. They have the best customer service skills. I think they are the greatest asset to the store and I hope they are recognized greatly by the employer.

This is my go-to beauty supply store. I never have any issues with finding what I need! Customer service is also phenomenal.

Suggestion for the store: had a closure emergency and came in for products to buy to lay it down. Did everything the way I was suppose to and Donisha gave me tips as well, didn’t finish correctly and left a glue residue (completely on me, I’m still learning 😩). Came back to show Donisha, and she laid it down for me and showed me step by step what to do. Definitely suggest adding this as a paid for service, especially since the salon next door doesn’t have anyone that knows how to do it. I would be in here every week! Thank you Donisha for helping me!! 10/10 customer service!!

Ms Aesha, the owner, is a joy. Her customer service is impeccable! She helped me by selecting products that fit my budget for my local high school's health closet for children in need. Just yesterday I heard from the school. These products allowed the school to expand and diversify their outreach. In fact, one child was very excited to have access to products he was familiar with and enjoyed using. Not only were the products affordable but the packaging was perfect to make sure nothing leaked in transit. Her attention to detail was amazing. (Also, I had to take a quick smell of the products and they smelled amazing!! ) Thank you Envy US! I look forward to shopping with you again!!

I had the hardest time trying to find the hair color locally that I needed for my braids. My younger daughter sent me the link to Envy Us Beauty Supply and I’m so happy she did.
