This place has extremely poor customer service. I went in on 2/28 for a gel manicure, and the entire experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. The nail technician made it seem as though my appointment was an inconvenience. She hurried through the process, leaving gel polish around my cuticles and handling my hands roughly, moving and tapping them abruptly when signaling me to place them under the lamp. Within a week, my nails started peeling. I later realized the gel had not been properly cured. Paying $40 for a gel manicure that only lasted 7 days is extremely disappointing. I called the salon to speak with a manager, and while they offered to redo my nails, I am not comfortable returning to a place that cannot properly cure gel polish. Although the nails look good, I requested to not have my fingernails shortened and they were a lot longer and even though she asked me do you want them cut down and I said no I don’t want them shorter. I’m growing them out. She continued to file and file my nails forever. They are super short even though like I said the nails look nice. I really wanted to get what I asked for super friendly, but I’d say way overpriced. $147 for gel. These are my nails seems a little pricey to me.

It’s upsetting when you frequent a business, b/c most of the people who serve you do an amazing job, and the person, Phi/Fi you request & trust to do your services cancels on you without prior notice to you arriving. 😐 Because I needed my nails done, I went with the person who she suggested, Kathy, and she did a terrible job with the foundation of my nails, resulting in multiple nails (the hybrid gel on top of my nails POPPING OFF). Never in my long experience of getting hybrid gel has a nail lifted and popped all the way off. My nails typically last 4-5 weeks. Also I’ve never seen a nail tech ADD nail glue to a hybrid gel set… on natural nails after the gel is added. WTH? Anywho, within 2-3 days of receiving the initial service with Kathy, one nail popped up and I also noticed pain/burn

Love this amazing nail salon. High-quality work and wonderful staff. Nolan and Charles are amazing artist and do great work time and time again. I never have a complaint! The location is wonderful and everyone is cheerful and nice. Greeting you as soon as you walk in. They also have a point system to gain discounts and money off future services - I love that! Last time I went I had $20 off my total bill. Also, it is very easy to make an appointment on their online site.

This place truly cares about customer satisfaction. They listened carefully to my requests. My nail art was detailed and stunning. I left feeling confident and happy.
