Epic Nails

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff member who assisted me didn’t greet me or say a single word—she simply pointed at a chair. The water she prepared was freezing, and even after I mentioned it, nothing changed. The chair and foot spa were poorly maintained, barely any water was coming out, and the temperature stayed cold the entire time. The overall environment felt uncomfortable. The staff were arguing with each other in their language, looking tense, distracted, and not paying attention to their clients. Instead of a relaxing atmosphere, it felt chaotic and unprofessional—nothing like the calm, welcoming environment you expect when you’re paying for a service. Worst customer service ANYWHERE. Had an appointment during my lunch hour. 40 minutes in and I was still waiting while techs were standing around chatting. Eventually had to leave because I ran out of time. Wasted my lunch hour. Not only was my time wasted but the staff was extremely rude and stated they had taken walk-ins despite me arriving 10 minutes early.

WASTED 60$ this is the ugliest set of nails I’ve had in my entire life. Uneven, crooked, horrible almond shape and I asked for short- she told me don’t worry it’ll be shorter after. I asked for ombré and ended up with some ugly mixed patchy look on the nails wasn’t anything close to an ombré! The lady left acrylic residue all over my fingers and made me bleed!!! I’ll never go back. I heard they could do specialty and they couldn’t even produce ombré. Wasted my time and money, now I have to go get them fixed somewhere else cause these are embarrassing. I had to ask for polish to cover up the horrible ombré job she did. I heard this place used to do good , NOT ANYMORE !!!

Yesterday, I received a manicure and pedicure. The cost was disproportionate to the service and quality received; within 24 hours, the nail polish is already peeling, likely due to the application of acetone to their dry polish. $70 plus tip..smh

This place is great , nail technicians always nice and accommodating. Leslie is awesome she does my nails and I love her work!!!
