Erica is great!! She’s been working with my hair for over a year now and she does a fantastic job with my extensions. Ladies in the Richmond area, if you have fine baby hair like me, talk to Erica about IBE! I feel like my hair is well-cared for here, plus Erica is a pleasure to talk to and good at recommending products and tips to keep my extensions looking clean and healthy! Also she was able to fit me in recently to fix my rows when they were installed a bit too loose by another stylist, which was a lifesaver. Thanks girl!

Erica has been cutting and styling my hair for a few years now. She always provides the exact style and cut I want and need! She is extremely professional and great to talk to during the appointment. I will occasionally donate my hair, and she is always willing to cut/style it so it grows and then when it’s time, cut/style it so it looks just as good short!
