I got a mani and pedi. The pedi was fine, I got my nails done , a refill , I asked the tech if I could get white nails with pink and purple flowers, she gives me this bullcrap. THEN she messes up with the flowers. I asked for my ring finger to have flowers…. She puts it on my middle finger… then tries to give me designs on EVERY finger and to make matters worse , she doesn’t even do the same design … then charges me regular price … I frequent this salon faithfully and tip! This is unacceptable! She made my experience so bad , she messed up my nails and didn’t care , rushed , and she messed up the shape of my nails . It’s a young guy that works there and usually does my nails, he does a beautiful job every time , I think his name is Tony . But after this I will no longer use their servi
Came for a gel pedicure and manicure, and I dont know what was going on but the can not paint nails at all the polish on my toes looked lumpy even after I had them redo them. I had to go somewhere else to get them repainted never again. The manicure was good because I only get clear gel
Went to them due to me having pain on my toe the lady ripped part of my nail out from the root which I had puss and blood coming out of it non stop and it caused me to get surgery and it keeps coming back I can’t even walk. Looking to sue.
If I could give zero stars I would I should have known this place was a red flag when I saw on the citizen app where a lady got her purse snatched from off the chair while getting a pedicure. But...because they are down the street, I gave them some play anyway. Turns out, they ate cheaper than my usual nailer. Now I see why. The polish on my toes were lumpy, and started peeling after a week. My usual pedi polish last a month-2. Today went there to get my hands and toenails painted for Christmas as soon as I walk through the door the door hadn't even closed yet they were already putting me in the chair not giving me a chance to pick colors or even inquire about how much the total service was going to cost... soon as I walked in they were ready to put me in a chair so when I finally got
Not a good spot. Not even 1 star. First time there and they were very rude. All I wanted was a polish change. Not many polishes to choose from. Tech polished my nails, and after drying them the polish wrinkled up. I told the tech the polish was old and of course she thought I disrespected her. Haha she told me to get out. Place was not very clean either.
