❗ Extremely unprofessional service. Hair completely ruined. I visited the salon “Escada” for hair coloring and a haircut. The stylist’s name is Galina. From the very beginning, I clearly showed my previous hair color, which I liked (a cappuccino shade), and showed the exact haircut I wanted. The final result was the complete opposite of what we discussed. Despite my explanations, references, and multiple complaints during the process, Galina completely ignored my requests and gave me a pink / emo-style color that I never asked for. During the service, I repeatedly said that I did not like the color or the process and asked her to stop or correct it. I was ignored. I came here to get laser hair removal on my arms and the results were AMAZING. Also the prices were very good. Everything was super smooth and I was treated very kind and friendly. It was the best experience, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and will definitely be coming back.

I went here to get a simple blowout before my grandmother’s birthday party and I hate to say that they didn’t give me what I wanted. The man who did my hair told me it was too long to do a blowout. The rest of the appointment he kept telling me my hair was too long and dry. I was in a rush so I decided I’d let him just curl it like he wanted to. I asked him to put volumizing spray in my hair to atleast give it volume and he told me once again it was too long. I don’t understand how hair can be “too long” for volumizing spray? When he finally did MY hair the way HE wanted to, he left my bangs looking a mess and brushed out my curls?? Overall a terrible experience. I don’t like giving bad reviews and I almost never complain about my hair but this was just ridiculous.

Really good experience at Escada Hair Salon led by Esra! The newest addition of their laser hair removal service is the best in the area. Esra does a great job with the clients and you leave the place with a happiness on your face! Thank you for professional service and help! Will come back for sure!!! Over all, I like the results, it has orange tones and that's the reason why I'm giving them 4 stars, they were very friendly. I wanted a more blonde color for my highlights but I guess it's ok. Priced was fair.
