The old lady Vicki was extremely rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. I asked for a glittery ombré/gradient topper and after 2 unsuccessful attempts (she didn’t seem to understand due to a language barrier in English), I showed her an example picture on google and told her in simpler words (“more at the tip, less and less glitter”), but she simply colored 3/4 of my nails in glitter and proceeded to drying. When I asked her to fix it a fourth time, she then denied that picture I showed her and suddenly got very angry asking me if I even speak English since I was born in North America, then increased her price from $25 to $100 if I wanted a redo. I declined and she swiftly filled all my nails with the glitter, resulting in wavy & bumpy layers and unpainted sides. I did not argue with her

I came in yesterday for a last minute gel mani and regular pedi. Tiffany did a FANTASTIC job and was a joy to chat with! It is one of the best mani and pedi’s I’ve ever had-I’ll definitely be back to see her! Thank you! Update: I’ve been coming here for 3 months and have always had a wonderful experience! Nina is the best! She always gives me a perfect gel mani and regular pedi, and now I get my eyebrows waxed as well! Julie is also fantastic and I go to her when Nina isn’t in the salon. Thanks ladies!

It depends on who you get but each person always blurts out a random price. For instance today I requested an acrylic refill and before starting I asked the man at the front desk how much, he said $21 after my nail tech finished she said $24. Last time I requested a gel acrylic refill, first I was told $40, then $45 afterwards. She did an absolutely terrible job with the shape and paint. She didn’t reshape it properly, and the paint is extremely streaky as you can see below. Another time I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady was talking TO HERSELF over my face the entire time and applied makeup to my eyebrows without my permission to hide her mistakes.
