Went in today walked out paying 166 for bare minimum work. First got a signature pedi. Lady cut the side of my toe. Then got a full set with bare minimum nail art. Literally 1 heart on 1 figure and it seriously looks like a child drew it. I’m so upset. The lady was rough in my cuticles. Yes they were dry but she kept hurting my fingers twisting them. I’m so upset and want to go to another place to get them fixed but I already spent over 100 dollars on this set and I don’t want another shop to have to charge me again to redo everything!

Taylor is always amazing at what she does and so quick! My nails always come out perfect and last a long time. She makes the whole experience feel personal and creates such a welcoming environment. The other girls who work there are wonderful too! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!

Was in on Sunday for a dip manicure. They are not uniform and shape and are uneven. Gel polish peeled off. Also for paying $70 before tip.. crazy work.

Went for a gel nail polish change, came home with a bad cut in my nail from tech scraping to hard and also woke up the next day with the worst cold and flu I ever have had. (She said she had allergies and did not wear a mask, obviously not allergies!) Bad experience.

Never had a bad experience at this place until today. Daughter requested longer nails lady cut them said she would have to take all the nails off and it was too late. She wanted black French tip and lady forced her into red. My daughter is timid and was pushed over by this lady. When I called to either pay the difference for what she wanted or get a refund and have her nails completely removed the owner told me no and hung up on me. He sided with nail tech saying she’s been doing nails for 25 years and doesn’t make mistakes. Very unprofessional and upsetting one bad experience left an awful taste for this Salon. Daughter didn’t get the homecoming nails she wanted and owner was cold and cut throat not willing to talk to me just wanted to argue, talk over me, and hang up. We were willing to
