My visit was for Essence Beauty store. Brown women own it and it was awesome to tell them what I was looking for and pointed me right to it no confusion. Can you guess what I'm about to do! I'm excited! Thank you ladies!!🥰

Always find what I’m looking for. Great customer service. Friendly and family oriented own store. My boyfriend knows the owner personally. They have great products. Clean store and organize. Neighborhood beauty store. Got a cute nose piercing.

As I exited the business, I knew I was going to leave them a review as I was very pleased with my 1st visit. I was greeted upon entering although the man was assisting another customer. Although they were both busy stocking merchandise, the gentleman politely, with a smile on his face, asked if I needed help as I wandered around the store. The woman pleasantly answered my questions & provided additional feedback when I interrupted her while stocking. That may seem small or expected, but it says a lot to me. I don’t patron beauty supply stores often due to lackluster customer service or feeling as if I’m being spied on while browsing. Prices seem normal to me, but I don’t purchase hair supplies often. I would definitely return to this location! 💛

Awesome beauty supply store! It looks like it will be small based on the store front, but it has everything that you need to care for your natural or relaxed hair. It’s also a plus that I get to support a black woman owned business. I’ll definitely come here for all of my future hair care needs.
