The place was nice. They took us in fast. We spent almost 3 hours there, just two of us for acrylics. Their work was okay, the only thing that really ruined my experience was their pricing, it was not what I was expecting. Online it lists a different price and it also lists discounts online. The owner did not honor the discounts after I asked and showed her on my phone that their website lists it. It was the main reason we went there for the cheaper pricing. Also, we saw good reviews and wanted to check it out, but now I do not understand why they had great reviews.

I was serviced by Lynn and she is super sweet and detail oriented. She explained every step of the way she does her services to me, offered chocolate and beverages, and really took her time on my mani and pedi.

Julie never, ever misses! Her work is seriously so amazing. Before coming here my nails were constantly chipping and breaking, with or without dip and/or gel. I was at my wits end and came in saying if the same thing happened again I would stop getting my nails done altogether. Needless to say, I haven’t stopped returning. These are now my natural nails!!! She completely transformed my nails with her work! All the employees do great work, especially with pedicures. If you’re looking for phenomenal work, definitely check out Essence!
