Essence Nail Lounge

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anymore. My gel manicure was done poorly. My nails were filed on the top and were so flimsy and thin. My cuticles were cuts and sore. Then, I returned to get my gel removed the tech was scrubbing so hard my nails were bending. Nice people but poor quality.

By far the worst manicure I’ve had in years. I came here because it’s conveniently close to my home, and my usual nail girl on Broadway is gone for a month- so I figured why not. I wish I could reverse my decision. The nail tech drilled on my nails so much it hurt several fingers and my nails were pink and brittle, literally down to skin, I’ve never had that happen before. They feel like paper. Then the manicure itself?! Immediately chipped the next day- and the next, and the next. They’ve all chipped at this point and it’s been a week, and since she drilled them down to paper they’ve been breaking. My beautiful, strong, long natural nails are in SHAMBLES and have a long road to recover from this. The nail tech herself was really nice, the spa was clean and really nice too, I wish I didn’t

I came here with my daughter as part of a special mommy daughter day before she started elementary school. The scheduling got a bit messed up and I wasn’t able to get a pedicure in the time booked. They still made time to have someone change the color and comped my daughters mani/pedi and my color change for the mistake. They did a great job, fabulous customer service and I really appreciated the accommodation. Will definitely be back, this is my favorite spot in Cherry Creek for nails.

I love these ladies! They are friendly, professional, and accommodating. Emy is gentle, detail oriented, and so sweet. She impresses me every single time!

Amazing experience here with Ogi and Sarah! They were so warm and friendly and our manicures were top notch. Will definitely be coming back.
