Essence is now my salon, hands down the best service I have ever received. I called them in a panic after a nail appointment gone wrong, they fit me in and completely went above and beyond. The salon is super cute, every single employee was kind and welcoming, and Rosie gave me the best set of Gel X nails I have ever received. She is insanely talented, matched my inspo completely, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. My next appointment is already booked & my nails are off the market.

I really love this place, clean, cute work for suree. They always satisfy my nail needs and are really patient. Even with my eyelashes and eyebrows they handle it with a lot of care. Vicky, cindy, and the girl who did my eyebrows are great made my experience fun. A business that definitely deserves business! (They also offer me cookies and water EVERY time. And they did my little sisters and they made her feel very welcomed for her first time getting nails done!)

#1 nail spot in Worcester hands down , best nail salon I’ve been too in my LIFE every technician is very educated, talented and welcoming . The salon is always very clean and tidy , not only to mention it is very beautiful inside making your whole experience feel so luxurious. Rosie has been doing my nails for almost a year now and my nails have never looked better or been healthier !! I’ve seen such a huge difference in how long my nails last and how healthy my nail beds have become since being a loyal customer to Essence ! I recommend this spot to EVERYONE that I know all the time. They never fail to amaze me. I’ll never be going anywhere else ever again love you girls ! I had such an amazing first experience at Essence Nail Lounge! From the moment I walked in, the service and hospitality were top-tier. Cindy and Rosie were both so welcoming, professional, and attentive. They really took their time to make sure everything was flawless. You can tell they take pride in their work and in creating a great experience for their clients The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. My nails came out beautiful, and the whole experience was amazing. I’m so glad I found a nail salon I can be consistent with! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxing, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place.As for the nails, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The quality is outstanding definitely a 10/10! I've never had nails look this good before. The attention to detail and precision was impressive, and it truly shows in the final product.
