Elan has a wonderful personality she uses quality products, listen to your concerns, and takes her time with every client. She is a true talent and thoroughly enjoys what she does. I have weekly appointments with her, I am always impressed with her work. She can do anything!! She creates "NoThInG BuT BeAUTiFuL HaIr" over there. Elan is the BeSt!!💗

My experience was exceptional. The shop is beautifully designed and pleasant and my hair looks immaculate!! E'lan has to be H-town' s best stylist to say the least!!✂️

This is why it's hard to praise black owned businesses, cause how do you expect ppl to book and you don't have a website, not answering messages, nor answering the phone smh. Poor customer service for sure.

Poor customer service. Waited 2 hours without her speaking a word to me. I understand you have a lot of clients but courtesy and professionalism should have been shown.
