Essence of Self Ayurveda Spa for Massage, Yoga and a Healthy Lifestyle

I had a medical message scheduled with Nancy at Essence of Self due to sciatica pain I’ve had now for over 3 weeks. I am under a doctor’s care and taking medication . Nancy did a fabulous massage concentrating on my lower back and legs. I highly recommend it. She is also so knowledgeable in her field and shares this with you.
