Essentials Spa has always been known for excellent service and relaxation. I wanted to give my sister a relaxing day for her birthday, but unfortunately that was not the case. The technician who assisted my sister used too much pressure during her massage, and now she is in a lot of pain in her back. The technician originally scheduled got sick and had to be changed. Now I regret accepting the change. I would never schedule a service with the same technician again. I also suggest considering changing the music in the room, which was too loud, and people no longer respect the quiet room. Either they are chatting or people are cleaning while you are trying to relax. I hope my feedback helps improve the customer experience. I wouldn’t want to look for another place.

Excellent couples massage on Valentine’s Day. The best massages we’ve had. Even though it was super busy on Valentines the spa was clean, quiet and the service was excellent. The lounge was calming, the Valentines themed drinks and food were super cute. We will be back more often!

I had a massage with Nancy. She was fantastic, and really made my back feel better. Then I had a facial with Diane. She also was amazing. From the minute you arrive, you are treated so well. I changed into a comfy robe, went into the Zen room which has huge comfy chairs, had tea, and chilled. A wonderful relaxing day.

I love this spa for the massages! I've had 5 massages at Essentials. Never with the same masseuse. I get a deep tissue 90 minutes and every person I've seen has been amazing. I walk out of there light as a feather and very relaxed. Everyone is very professional and kind. The relaxation room is nice with the tea and water. Thank you Nancy for today!!
