I would prefer to not even give one star! The receptionist has a MAJOR attitude problem. I enjoyed having my hair done in the salon with Kathryn but the receptionist is, has been, every time, RUDE and overbearing. I cancelled an appointment a week ago, giving appropriate notice. Today was called and YELLED at by the bitter, old lady that answers the phone. She chewed me out, and gave me an earful of her opinion. I NOT once was given a chance to speak. Some women should not higher their mothers to answer the phone that are uneducated and poorly trained in customer service and expect to have a successful business. I plan to tell every person, friend, relative, other salon owner, hair stylist I come in contact with about what happened today. Instead of accepting the blame of not correct

Estelle is the only place I go for my hair and Leah is the woman I trust with it! She's a magician! A very friendly, wonderful one that works wonders. Every experience there has been fantastic, I recommend it to all my friends.

I went there inquiring about services and the hair dresser was very rude and not professional at all. I had used them before for hair color and cuts and never had an issue. I believe here name was Brittany. If you use this salon I don’t suggest using her
