I decided finally to go to a shop and get my hair twisted and thought it was a good idea to go to this place next to my barbershop. Wrong! I went in with my hair already twisted Freeform twist thinking she would enhance the look I was going for. She asked me to send her a pic of the way I was looking to have my hair so I did, she advised me to do 3 strand dreads to make them stronger and basically she knotted my hair up. It looked good for my event but when I took it down it was a matted mess. My wife helped me to comb it out luckily and I lost a very small amount of hair. I would not recommend that you go here unless you know the techniques because I feel that she took advantage of the fact that I was just trying something different and did not know about starting Freeform locks .

Esther has hands blessed by God himself. My braids are ALWAYS crisp, never too tight, and they last for weeks. Nobody will touch my head other than Esther as long as I live in Vegas! I highly recommend. Appointments are ALWAYS on time, and the full service is always fast. My head is washed and braided, before I can blink my eyes.

This business is a SCAM! The stylists have a blatant disregard for customer's time and scheduled appointments. They use a scheduling service that charges a non-refundable deposit fee to set the appointment for a specific time. I waited an entire hour after my appointed time before I was seen. I left the establishment without being serviced after hearing another customer and a stylist arguing about a previously agreed price that the stylist was now charging more for and making up reasons to justify the sudden raise in price owed. If you value your time and money, you won't use their services.
