Update: They’re still denying they filed my nail too deep and hurt me and caused so much pain, because it’s on the side of the nails course they won’t show in photos! But the pain is real and why would I lie about it?! For anyone doesn’t want to get hurt but unprofessional technician, avoid this place at all cost! Unfortunately the senior lady at the front desk doesn’t know how to file or cut nails and hurt my finger. She filed it too short on the sides and it’s so painful I had to go wash my hand immediately. Now it’s still hurting every time I touch that finger

They hurt my skin while filing my nail and it was very painful. Then a day later they responded to my review trying to deny my pain? Completely horrible service, the lady literally said sorry to apologize when she caused me the pain. I had to leave before they cause any more damage to my nails. Now they try to deny it and say they have photos? They did a terrible job and now they lie to cover it. because they filed too deep on the side of the nail, of course it won’t show in their photos . Also, their air conditioning doesn’t work, it’s hot as hell in there. Plus dirty sofa, very unhygienic.
