I bought a Clinique eye cream and was charged twice for it. I was told that the card I gave didn't work, and I was asked for a second card. I gave a second card, and thought nothing of it. When I got back to England, I saw that the shop assistant had charged me twice for one item - on both cards. I believe that this was deliberate and has probably happened to other peole too. Please be aware of this scam.

I don’t recommend to buy anything in this shop. My mother bought a La Mer eye cream at the Dulles Estee Shop value 268,76 dollars departing from Dulles to go back to Italy after visiting me. Arrived in Italy she opened the cream and it was rotten. We sent images and proof of purchase to the manager shop they didn’t give us a refund. This is like stealing money. Also she paid taxes on the product and we offered to ship the cream back! Pictures for reference! Thank you!

Got into the cab to head to the airport and realized I forgot my makeup bag. When I arrived, I beelined to this store, grateful it was near my gate. Maxine was extremely helpful and patient to match my foundation (I use a different brand). After trying 3 really close shades, we found the perfect match! She also helped me pick out the other makeup basics. Thank you Maxine for helping me save (my) face for my trip!

I attempted to place an order at Estee Lauder online. They offered a promotion of a "Holiday Roulette" in which the customer taps a "Spin the Wheel" button, which I tapped one time in total, and was offered 20 per cent off my order. The website clearly and specifically stated that each customer was allowed 3 spins of the wheel per day. I went to checkout and the website posted a free shipping code, which I entered in the box provided. But then my 20 per cent discount disappeared. I began a chat to fix the issue and was told I couldn't redeem the 20 per cent discount and get free shipping in the same order. I understand this, but when I exited the Estee Lauder website and went back to it to spin the Holiday Roulette wheel a second time, a window popped up on the Estee Lauder website t

Use a lot of their product. I like their skin care more than their makeup.
