If I could give zero stars, I would.. I guess the one star is for the girl in the back room.. So, I'd made an appointment for an eyelash lift and tint for yesterday at 5p. This appointment was made the day prior, with plenty of time to be communicated with by this salon that my appointment wouldn't work for them. This was my only day off this week, and I'd been looking forward to getting this done since I've never done this before and thought it would be a new way to express my natural beauty. Well, I showed up on time for my appointment to be greeted by a woman who was doing braids and had no idea that there was even an appointment for eyelashes with anyone at that time.. Josie is an exceptionally talented professional. It was my first time getting waxed so I was quite nervous. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely accommodating throughout my appointment. Thank you again Josie!!

josie provides a very comfortable and professional environment during any service especially with a brazilian wax. she is quick and definitely knows what she’s doing !

Josie is the best at everything she does. I was afraid that it would hurt, but it was quick and painless. I have a bias but she’s damn good if I say so myself.
