I had the absolute privilege of having Ale do my hair and make up for my wedding (in addition to ten bridesmaids, longest day ever). Working with her was amazing from start to finish. I'm super finicky about my hair and wasn't completely sure what I wanted which lead to a lot of back and forth and extra trials. Ale was really patient with me which was so appreciated because I was an anxious mess about it. Our final product was so gorgeous I've never felt more beautiful and it stayed in place through a long and fun day/night. Our wedding party loved their hair and make up and felt like Ale brought an easy going and fun vibe all day long. Thank you Ale!!!!!

I can’t count the number of compliments I’ve gotten on my hair over the years - and all thanks to Brett. He’s the only one I trust for my cuts and colors. We’ve done a lot of incredibly natural looking balayages, face framing highlights, and more recently we’ve experimented with fun colors. It’s one thing to dye your hair blue, but Brett can mix multiple complimentary shades which elevates hair color to a true art form. He takes time to listen, understand my needs, gives me much needed tips, and carries a ton of helpful products for taking care of my hair health and my color. I have never once been unsatisfied, and I really appreciate that I have someone so reliable. Plus, the new salon space is also super cozy and inviting to all, and I appreciate the convenient location.

Brett is a very talented and knowledgeable hair stylist and I love his work! He's been cutting my hair for almost 3 years and doing my color for 1, and I'm always happy with my hair when leaving Brett's chair. I receive compliments all the time too on how good it looks.

I started seeing Brett after complimenting a coworker's hair and hearing her glowing recommendation for him. I've only been in Portland a few years now and have struggled to find a stylist that I fully trust with my hair. I immediately felt comfortable with Brett and trusted him. He listens, has a very gentle approach and always makes you feel taken care of. The salon space is calm, cozy and intimate. Highly recommend!
