I had an absolutely infuriating experience at this shop. I paid for a simple wash and blow dry service for $21, but I specifically requested only a wash and conditioning. My appointment was scheduled for 4 PM, and I arrived promptly at 3:45 PM. Yet, I wasn't even acknowledged until 5:15 PM—an outrageous hour and a half wait. And then, as if to further insult me, I was left sitting with deep conditioner in my hair for another excruciating hour because my stylist was busy with two other customers ahead of me. When I finally asked for something as basic as six large twists to avoid leaving the shop with soaking wet hair, I was met with utter incompetence. They had the audacity to charge me $75, and when I questioned this absurd increase, they dropped it to $35—but not without claiming I was

It's beyond a hair salon....a place you can chill, laugh and unwind while the beautiful stylist are there to make everyone extra beautiful..From good conversation to bring your hair back to life was and still is the vibe for me..My hair was shedding and had damaged and Ty walk you step by step to help you get back on the right track for healthy looking hair. Her perfessional attitude and love and respect she has for each of her clients is so amazing...Rita is such an amazing stylist as well...along with the other stylist are amazing .. and let's not forget the assistants who wash and are welcome as well...Thank you ladies for all you do keep up the good work xo.:)

I loved my cut and was complimented for weeks. Even in the “growing out” stage, the shape was lovely and I was able to keep it looking stylish - for those of you with short hair, you get it! The atmosphere is the salon is so friendly and welcoming! I love the owner, Ty, who is knowledgeable about hair and does amazing short hair cuts! Bonus - my children were the ones who discovered this gem on a walk and Ty could not have been more kind and welcoming to us. Adding on! My daughter got her hair cut here too and the staff was really accommodating to her needs (she has some communication and social challenges). I really appreciate that extra knowledge and ability to be patient and still give her a GREAT cut!

Very passive aggressive people, with no type of customer service, if you don’t want to service different people that walks in the shop, don’t do a job that concerns servicing people. The attitude i experienced was uncalled, I walked in, no one greeted me but instead acted like I was interrupting their gossip time. I’m very disappointed, especially since the distasteful attitude came from people who are supposed to cater to potential customers. Don’t leave that comment trying to save face, you definitely called me and asked that position I was looking to apply for, now you’re not hiring after reading my review ? Cute. Even if you were “hiring” I wouldn’t work at your establishment after that first interaction, have the day you deserve.

Had a 9 am appointment that I booked a WEEK ago just for Rita nor the salon the be open upon my arrival. I even called this morning at 815 am and left a message stating I was going to be 7-10 min behind schedule. This gave you guys ample time this morning to call me and let me know. This has been on Rita’s calendar over a week, I have received NUMEROUS notifications from vagaro to confirm my appointment which I always have. This again, gave you guys ample time yet again (7 days) to tell me the time would not work! Not only do I have an event on Saturday, I now have to find someone last min to do my hair!! This is absolutely GHETTO and RIDICULOUS! There is absolutely no damn way , no one saw this booking!
