First time getting a wax after slacking for a year, so yes… I walked in a little humbled and very nervous. Savonya immediately made all of that disappear. From the moment I sat down, her confidence, professionalism, and calm energy took over. She made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and honestly way better than I expected. The results? Flawless. The vibe? Even better. She knows exactly what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. The process to get an appointment was super simple. The girl at the front desk was super warm and inviting making the check in process easy. Savonya did my eyebrows and tint and was absolutely amazing ! I felt like I was being picky but she kept reassuring me that it was okay that I'm the one that has to walk around with them so she took her time and had me feeling beautiful walking out the door. Can't wait for my next appt with her !
