Ken at EWC in SF Geary St. location is an amazing esthetician and wax specialist. She is super knowledgeable about products and hair growth, offers great tailored advice about different care and treatment plans, and also takes time to explain things in detail. She is meticulous and thorough and I appreciated that she made sure to tweeze any remnant short hairs at the end. She was also really fun to talk to during my appointment and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend booking your service with her!

I had my first-ever Brazilian wax with Kai and also got my eyebrows tinted, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kai was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring, which made something that could have been nerve-wracking feel totally manageable and comfortable. They explained everything clearly, checked in throughout, and moved efficiently while still being gentle and attentive. My brows look amazing, and the wax itself was way less intimidating than I expected thanks to their calm, confident approach. If you’re new to waxing or just want someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes you feel at ease, I can’t recommend Kai enough. I’ll definitely be back! 💛

Siobhan is awesome, she does an excellent job with my brows and makes the Brazilian quick and painless (or as painless as possible). The front desk girls are always great too. Have received consistently excellent service at this EWC over the past few years and I am perfectly happy, no complaints.

I really love coming into the Geary location for my wax services. The facility is always super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My wax specialist is Kendra (Ken) and I have been seeing her for a few years now! I recommend her to all my friends. She’s so fast and gives painless treatment plus does the best job on my eye brows. The wax and tint combo is always 100%! I use her for all my waxing services and value her energy so much. We always have great conversations and she always remembers my life updates and stories I tell. Love her and love coming into the center.

Gina (Virginia) is absolutely amazing! I have been strictly going to her for more than a year and her vibes are always fun and silly. I always came to the appointments feeling excited (which is crazy because i get Brazilians monthly so iykyk). She makes me feel comfortable every single time and the yapping makes the experience much smoother (and quicker too). She does an excellent job every single time 💅🏼
