Marie was amazing! Her customer service skills are superb. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my wax and asked thoughtful questions that made the experience feel personal. She was warm, conversational, and genuinely pleasant, and I never felt like just another customer. I will definitely be back and will be requesting her specifically!

I am so happy to have found my go-to brow artist today! Bella is an expert through and through. I was nervous about having my brows done, but she immediately put me at ease with her in-depth knowledge and personalized consultation. She took the time to talk about my vision of the perfect brow shape for my face and she explained every step of the process (I got the ultimate brow package). The final result was me looking in the mirror and seeing symmetrical, beautifully defined, and incredibly natural looking brows! She also took time to explain the after care process to be sure I enjoy my brows until my next visit. A bonus was the salon environment was spotless, welcoming, and very relaxing.

This was my second timing seeing Cymone, she had made my experience so great, I was definitely nervous the first time she answer all my questions and walked me thru it, second time was even easier! She has put my nerves at ease!! Front desk associates are inviting and very knowledgeable! Great place!

Milan and Cassie are both awesome. Friendly quick and communicate well during the process. I feel like I received quality service from either of them. It’s a drive for me to go to this location but I’ve been pleased with the results and feel that the good service is worth it.

10/10 recommend! I’ve been going for almost a year now and I always see Stephanie for a Brazilian. I always feel comfortable even though I’m literally laying it all out 😅 but she’s great at conversation, she’s fast, and always makes sure I’m doing okay. I’m typically a shy girl so I’m very glad I found her! The front desk is also always great and inviting. They have some products you can buy that work very well.
