I got a full leg, underarm, and Brazilian combo, and the entire process was incredibly smooth, fast, and far less painful than I expected. She is super professional, gentle, and has an excellent technique that minimizes discomfort—especially during the Brazilian. Kayla made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed the whole time, chatting just enough to distract from any sensation without rushing. The results are flawless: super clean, no ingrowns, and skin feels incredibly soft. I’ve tried several locations and technicians over the years, but Kayla is in a league of her own.
