Ive been getting waxed by Yessi for a few months now and she’s great! She has always made me feel comfortable and does her best to leave me as hairless as possible. She is very kind and I would recommend her to anyone!

I got my wax done at European Wax Center in Manassas and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the service, the esthetician seemed to struggle with the waxing technique, which made me feel like she may not be experienced. I asked if everything was cleaned and properly waxed and she said yes, but when I got home I noticed there was still a lot of hair left that wasn’t removed. This was my first time at this location and I booked the $34 Brazilian promo for first time guests. When I arrived the esthetician asked if it was my first time and I confirmed. I also asked about eyebrow pricing and whether there was a promo for brows. She told me eyebrows were free, so I agreed.
