I had a first time appointment at this location and cinthyanna was amazing! i would definitely be serviced by her again she is kind and made me feel super comfortable while still getting my wax done quick. i will say the only reasons its nit 5 star is because of the woman at the desk was way too pushy about the wax pass, but my service provider was definitely a 5 star

I came for my first wax and was quite anxious about it, but Kayla made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend her! However, the receptionist checking me out is the reason for 4 stars. She had a very off personality when I declined paying $101 for products that I wasn't told about the price beforehand, as well as her reaction to me needing to choose a different date that she originally offered for my next appointment. Otherwise, everyone I encountered was very nice!

Cinthyanna was amazing and so sweet and professional. She got my wax done super quickly and efficiently. I immediately rebooked with her! I do have to add, the woman working the front desk was very pushy about the wax pass when I said up front before she even began talking about it that I was not interested. If it hadn’t been for my wonderful wax experience, this would’ve been a 4 star review just because of her.

Thank you to Nora & Jakyah! Nora helped me book a last minute appointment and was personable and efficient and Jakyah listened intently to my wishes for my eyebrows, and executed them perfectly. She was lovely and made my experience great! I will be back!

Bria was amazing. I’ve been getting wax for almost a decade and yet she’s was one of the best wax specialist. She made me feel very comfortable and she took her time ensuring every strand of hair was stripped. Please book with Bria as she moves to Falls of Neuse location!
