This location is very clean and hospitable with friendly front desk checkin/checkout help. I was new to waxing this year and I am so glad to have found Lalique! She is personable and professional throughout every appointment. I appreciate how thorough she is in removing the hair as well as helping educate me on how to care for my skin in between appointments. She is consistently detailed and kind. If you are new to waxing I highly recommend her.

Gethie took amazing care of me. It was my first time, so I was quite nervous, but she made me feel comfortable. Super friendly worker. Will definitely be seeing her again for my next visit. I should also mention the girls at the front desk. I believe their names were Rose and Adriana. They were very polite and told me everything I needed to know about the wax pass and the aftercare process.

Lucy at European Wax Center is by far one of the best waxers I’ve ever had! Let’s be honest, waxing isn’t something anyone looks forward to but Lucy makes the experience genuinely enjoyable. She’s so personable and easy to talk to, and she keeps a great conversation going the entire time, which definitely helps distract from the pain (lol). You can tell she’s experienced and really takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Lucy if you want someone who’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable!
