Joy is amazing. This was my second eyebrow session with her, and she truly listens—taking the time to understand exactly what you want and executing it perfectly. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I look forward to working with her regularly for future services.

Abbey was so gentle, kind, and knowledgeable! Tweezing literally brings a tear to my eyes. She was a stealh-like cheetah so I didn't even feel it! My brows look wonderful, she was complimentary, and just a kind being. Thank you, Abbey, for taking care of me! Also, the manager whom sat out there on Christmas Eve was kind, warm, welcoming, and nice. This has been one of my favorite experiences at any EWC, and I visit across the country. Jada is great!! She’s very personable and made me feel at ease during my first visit. I didn’t really know what to expect and she explained everything clearly. I also like that she told me what she was doing before each step. There were no surprises during the process. .

Joy is the best! I have been going to her for over a year now. She is so personable, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. I recently did a brow tint (usually just do waxes), and Joy made my sparse, pretty much non-existent brows appear again! 🤣
