EVA African Hair Braiding

HORRIBLE!!! THIS WASN’T my FIRST TIME here BUT IT’LL my last. I’ve gotten my hair done plenty of times before but never been done like this. The difference this time? EVA did my hair — rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about her work. Look at these parts… a MESS. Some of my hair not even braided into the braid. Braids all different sizes, just thrown together like she was in a rush. When I reached out, she told me to come back the next morning so she could “fix it.” I show up — she got a whole client in her chair and tells me to sit down. Never fixed NOTHING that day. Then she says come back the next morning, the “younger one” will do it. Next morning I pull up, door LOCKED, and they turn the open light off like I can’t see them. Mind you, this is the time EVA told me to come

Bad business, bad communication and Rude!! They arrived late, wasn’t even on time. Her braiders can’t even braid well.. AICHA, one of her braiders did a terrible job, she made my braids small in the back and bulky in the front. I’m unable to style them At All!!!! When asked to fix and I offered to pay her to fix it. They gave me the run around and kept saying come back, then when I finally get there it’s other people being braided. I definitely recommend you to stay away!!! Took my $180 and don’t wanna fix the issue. Ended up taking my braids down because they were extremely tight and bulky..

I told them what I wanted and the owner was rude. My braids are HEAVY. Not flat and I can not put them in a pony tail. She charged me 200 on my way out the door the owner rudely told me “next time I won’t do your hair for 200 because used 7 bags on your hair…. Which I braid hair myself so had she not made my braids so big and bulky that would have never happened. My braids were so big along my middle part I had to go home and redo the braids along my part and edges so that I felt okay with wearing them. I won’t be going back.

I went there with my older sister and the lady's there were rude. They tried to scam us out of our money, and kept saying they were almost done. Mind you, we had plans, so that got ruined because they kept saying they were almost done. When we tried to leave, one lady who worked there ran out to us and said they were almost done. She said 30 more minutes. So I put on a timer. We came back, they were still doing hair, we had waited a FULL HOUR, and they were STILL not ready like she said, there was clearly someone still sitting there. While I'm already not in the mood, one of the customers' sitting in the chair getting her hair done sat there scowling at me. What the helly? Anyway. When it was FINALLY my turn, the woman who did my hair did me right, but you could tell she had an attitude. W

Our first time visiting with this establishment and the wait was long but worth it. My Granddaughter got some Fulani braids and they are so pretty n neat. Thanks to the Stylist job well done!!!
