I cannot recommend Paulina Perez @hairspaby_pau enough! She did an incredible job with both applying and removing my extensions. gentle, precise, and extremely professional. The scalp treatment (Japanese head spa) was amazing and left my scalp feeling clean, soothed, and revitalized. My hair feels healthier than it has in a long time. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and passion truly set her apart. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the health of your hair, she is the one!

Jessica is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Her knowledge is extensive about muscle groups and how to alleviate pain. I have a few health complications as well as lingering pain from a car accident and she is the person that has been the most helpful! I have seen a variety of massage therapists but she is hands down the GOAT. You actually get the full hour instead of the 45min at other salons. She has a great personality also & I strongly recommend seeing her!

Jessica gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! I have chronic back pain and shoulder knots and she found every single one of them and worked through them all. I’ve never had a massage therapist that listened to where my problem areas were and actually worked on them but Jessica did! The massage was absolutely incredible and I felt so incredibly relieved and relaxed. She is hands down the only masseuse I will visit from now on! I can’t thank her enough for the relief she gave me.

I purchased two head spas on Pauline's black Friday sale. For a while now I've been dealing with dull, itchy, oily scalp/hair. After just the one service my hair feels and looks so much better! It's feel lighter not so weighed down from all the build up. I have more volume and it's shiney! My scalp feels absolutely amazing!! I couldn't go a day without scratching it constantly! I highly recommend this service and Pauline! She understands your struggles and wants to help! Very professional & kind!

I had gone to Paulina for a head spa & she was amazing! I had been extremely stressed out & had high anxiety due to a test I had coming up & I had a lot riding on this exam & so I had a lot going on & Paulina helped me relax so much. During the service I was so at ease I almost fell asleep. Her room was quiet, cozy & the girl knew what she was doing!! I walked into my exam the next day feeling amazing!! Thank you Pau, & if you ever need a you day Paulina is your girl !!
