Excellent Nails

Best nail spa in Louisville😍. Natalie and Dee are very talented nail techs!

I’ve been hearing great things about this place for a while now and finally got to try them for myself yesterday. I have never had a pedicure this thorough before - from the soak (and keeping the water warm the entire time), to the filing and trimming, scrubbing the rough spots, massaging! It felt like a spa treatment - and both ladies are so nice and friendly so I can definitely see why their customers have been going there for 10+ years. Will definitely come back - this is my new go to spot for my mani/pedis when I’m in town!

If i could give zero stars I would. This place is committing fraud and over pricing. They are coming up with numbers off the top of their head for services. And when I asked for a receipt, Dee told me she doesn’t have them. I was charged $115 for a basic pedicure. And extra short basic nails. I was told $105 as my final price at first, I gave her $120. She gave me back $5. She didn’t have enough change so she then stated “oh I mean $115”. The time previously I paid $110 for extra long nails and a pedicure. They also do not sanitize or use one time use/ disposable tools on customers for pedicures!! I’m reporting them to the better business bureau!!!

A neighborhood Gem in a convenientlocationon PrestonHwy next to KFC close to Clark Lane. Natalie did a fabulous fantastic job on my gel nails and overdue pedicure. Nice cool place on a hot day, and there no wait time on a Friday!!.. very reasonable priced.. Natalie is a very sweet lady, and she's my new nail tech.
