Exclusive Company Salon and Spa

Today was my first visit to Exclusive, but my fifth visit with Fatima. The salon is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Fatima is always a pleasure and the only stylist I trust with highlighting my hair. She is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the health of your hair. She always prioritizes her clients and is exceptionally attentive—making sure you’re comfortable by offering water or food and checking in throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her for both her skill and her outstanding customer care.

They were very warm and welcoming they speak English Spanish and Portuguese they took extra care of my hair making sure to use deep conditioning and steam to prevent damage from the coloring I was getting done I wanted my red hair to match some bundles I brought with me she saw my vision and made sure to find hair swatches to match for visual confirmation. They also offered me the cutest coffee and cream with foam Nutella brimmed and cookies on the side, if you don’t like coffee they have tea or water as well it really was a great experience they also have a nail salon in the back, they even lit a candle to keep the ambience❤️❤️ i usually hate going to the salon cause my hair is so big and curly people cut or put chemicals in my hair to deal with it but they made me feel welcomed, they kne

Fatima has been my hairdresser for years. I always have an amazing experience with her. She really listens to what I want and deliverers beyond expectations. My hair always looks and feels incredible, and the attention to detail is always top-notch. Highly recommend Fatima to anyone looking for someone skilled, professional, and genuinely caring.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon with stylist Fatima. Her behavior was unprofessional and showed a lot of attitude. I did not feel welcomed or respected as a customer. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this salon. Customer service needs serious improvement.
