Exotic Nails

Wish I could I give this place Zero stars ! I not normally one to even write a review but the feeling I experienced today nobody should feel . Works are extremely Rude & Prejudice . Prior to Visting the shop I called and was told there little to no wait I arrived the shop was empty with two people seating almost done being serviced . I was then told the wait was 1 hr . I signed the sheet and waited As I sat and waited nearby a hour had gone by watching them service clients walking in bypassing the entire sheet after about the 5th person getting serviced I questioned about how long the wait would continue to be and was told it would take another hour . Mid conversation a white lady walks in calling the nail tech by name and she asks her what’s she in for today and immediately began serv

This is the best nail salon I've been to and it's definitely underrated by far. Im from the Lancaster area and I've always been ripped off either with poor quality services or trying to get a nail design that doesn't look anything like the pictures I've shown them. However Mike and the rest of the staff here are fantastic and everyone is so wonderfully nice. Im always impressed by there work and there pricing is great. I highly recommend this place to anyone for any of the services they offer. I gladly take the 25 minute drive to go there because it's definitely worth it!

asked her just to CLEAN UP my brows. OF COURSE SHE MESSED THEM UP REAL BAD & there’s barely any hair left!! Yall are stupid stop offering services that youre NOT good at!! I should have done sum to you fr. And the shop is dirty first and last time here.

This was my second time coming here and I really regret it first off my pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes with no scrub but others around me got scrub for the same price I paid. Then I asked for a very simple short black set and my nails came out crooked, upturnr. Etc. After u asked two individuals to fix them. I got lower than a size 1 length and that was $45?! There’s no way. For my my sister pedicures and my full set $135. I’ve had better work for less! With these same services all at once.

Did one hand great. On the other hand messed up three nails, said he “fixed them” then got an attitude (towards other employee) because I said they were still wrong. Nor did what I actually asked. Shape looks funny
