Exotic Nails Spa

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience my daughter has ever had. She had an appointment for a simple color change, and from the start, the service was rushed and unprofessional. When she asked the nail tech to confirm how the color would look when applied, he vaguely stated it was “mood-changing.” The polish went on orange, and she waited to see if it would change—nothing happened. The nail tech was rude, impatient, and made it clear he just wanted to finish quickly. He took no care in applying the polish properly, and the result was sloppy and amateurish. The shape of her nails was uneven, and by the time she left, the polish wasn’t even fully dry—despite the tech insisting that it was. I have been going here for about 2 years, and Hedi is the best tech I have ever had at any shop; she gives me my pedicure and manicure. I am a diabetic, so it's very important how my pedicures are done, and she gets it right every time. On her day off when I have gone, the other techs take care of me too. I have nothing but good things to say about the shop; my experience has been the best whenever I have visited, whether it was for me, my husband, my granddaughters, or my daughters. Thank you guys for your service.

They seemed nice and had relaxing music playing. But not sure it is normal to have this much polish all around and under nails when finished. I regret not saying something and just noticing when I got to car.

I loved the service Heidi provided; she was very friendly, and the work was excellent. She was also very attentive. I will definitely return to this salon and see her again.

Its okay but i wouldn't return again. The technician was nice i think. He was very soft spoken. I asked for medium coffin nails i wanted solid color and an accent color on my ring finger. He said okay and he gave me short tapered squares. They are uneven and slanted as well. When he went to drill they used unclean drill bits that had been sitting in nail and polish dust in a dish and he cut my pinky while filing. When he went to paint them he started to give me a french tip with my colors and when i explained he fixed it. He grabbed two green colors and wanted to layer a dark green sparkle then put a lighter color on top. Both greens were not the color i picked. When his coworker got up and handed him a sparkly green i said can we just keep the dark green. All in all im content with my ma
