Exotic Nails

Super dissatisfied. I asked for a dip nexgen manicure and a gel pedicure. I picked out a DND color that was exactly what I wanted knowing that DND makes dip powder and gel polish that match exactly. My pedicure was great but my nail tech decided she was going to do acrylic on me instead of dip which was not what I wanted and the color does not match at all. Towards the end I asked if she could paint over it with the gel color that matched my toes before she applied the top coat. She said it would be too thick and she couldn’t do it, she finished and I was still dissatisfied and asked again and said I wanted the color that I picked out and simply wanted her to put a coat or two of gel. She said I should’ve asked before and that she’d have to restart all over again. I didn’t have the time to

I’ve been going to Exotic Nails for almost a year now. My experience has been top tier every single time. I travel 45 minutes to this nail salon because Helen is the absolute BEST. The staff here are always attentive to my wants and do their best to deliver exactly what I want. My nails are always flawless and they last!! If you are looking for a great nail salon I highly recommend Exotic Nails!

Today was my first time visiting Exotic Nails and I will definitely be back! I walked in and they were able to do my nails right away. I got the perfect french tips—everything is so even and precise, I couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much to the man that did my nails, I love them! :D

The owner was so rude to me, I came in for a repair my nail cracked remind you I had just gotten my nails done a few days ago, so I went in for a repair around 10:30, I got my repair but as I was leaving I notice the nail was wider than the others, remind you I'm still at the shop so I asked him to file it because it was wider, he told me to come back after 2 that's when they fix repair I'm like huh I just got it fixed I literally just got out the chair and you want me to come back and I was already here, The owner had gotten so nasty with me and refuse to fix my nail, I had been going to exotic for years but that would be my last time going. the disrespect was crazy all because I wanted him to fix the mistake he made. I had to go to another nail shop and she fixed it with no issue.
