Expert Nails

I have been going here consistently for 6 months. Tina has been lovely. The other staff is great as well. I like to bring my husband with me to get his pedicures. They take care of his feet to the extent that they need. Tina does my fills and pedicures. She's quick and efficient and listens to my opinion.

This was my 2nd time here, honestly, the first time they did a good job. But I should have known it was a bad sign when you’re sitting there, and someone comes in to complain about their nails. On Monday march 31, I had my sister come down from Tucson and I was treating her to a pedicure and nails. She originally wanted the dip, but for some reason, the guy told her no and to do acrylic which he did a horrible job! You can see a hair is stuck In one of the nails, He didn’t have her wash her hands after so she had all the dust on her nails. He didn’t even wipe it with a towel and continued putting acrylic on top so there’s a bunch of black dots and dust. He also cut her pretty bad and was just really rough and rude. Honestly very disappointed had a gel mani /pedi he barely soaked my nails in tap cold water for maybe 30 seconds before trimming the cuticle but left them looking messy . Very sloppy on the nail polish didnt even get to the edges so they already looked grown out after 2 days and the nail polish is already cracked and chipped. He didnt even massage my hands after the manicure. The pedicure was just as bad. Will never go back to this location. Save your money ladies .

Sadly this was the worst nail experience I have had in my entire life. I’m not the type to go out of my way to review things either, I just hope to share this to hopefully bring light to the poor experience I had today. I’m giving 2 stars because they were able to accommodate my walk in, but I should have just left when they were fitting my nails… While I haven’t gotten my nails done in some time I wanted to take some “me” time and get them done before a trip. I was laughed at for flinching when the machines burned me, there was dried acrylic everywhere, I got one coat of gel polish, no towels offered to rest my hands on, & two other guests (even if they were regulars this is just not okay) were demanding members of the salon to make them food. i was a walk in, this is the most PAINFUL experience i have ever had when getting my nails done. i got a fullset of acrylic nails, she was yanking me around, made three for my nails bleed, filing EVERYTHING SHE DID was rough and painful. she blamed the bleeding pn my cuticles but this girl would literally nor pay attention and just roughly shove her tools to the point they would make me bleed. even after all the pain i didnt get anything close to what i wanted. save ur money and go somewhere they know what they are doing . reference photo, me bleeding, the nails i got.
