So disappointed. I have been here a few times and it was great but then today was awful. During the pedicure she stabbed the side of my leg on accident with one of the tools used to clean underneath your nail bed and then when she was actually cleaning under the toenail bed she ended digging so far into the side it started bleeding. I was supposed to get a fill for my acrylic nails too but then the girl tried telling me it would be a whole new set for an ombré to which I advised absolutely not. This will be my last time here. Let’s hope I don’t get an infection. So disappointed and frustrated.

Very spacious venue and nice people. I went there for the first time, a week ago BUT my polish did chip after 24 hours and I hope that is because of the polish being old. I want to go back a second time and try a different bottle of polish just to make sure. I would like to update my review. I came to EXPO and received a French pedicure and acrylic and after 24 hours the acrylic started to lift off of my toe. I really like this shop and the people are so nice there but I can foresee myself coming back to get things fixed every time I have a service done.

went and got an acrylic overlay and was sat down immediately which was good. however, that's where the positives end. Lee was rough with my nails and when he was buffing my nailbeds and shaping the acrylic he was tearing my cuticles apart. i was in unnecessary pain for majority of the service. the gel color is cute, but was done super sloppy. and then he kept using his sharp nail to clean the sides, which hurt since my cuticles were in pain. and while all this is happening he's flirting with me the entire time. i paid my price, tipped despite my negative experience and got out of there. i used to come here a lot, the people are nice, but that experience shut the idea of me ever returning down. i'm not a nail tech, but i know your nail should never hurt this much after a service.

I’ve started going to the salon for a few months and every visit has been consistent and pleasant. I broke one of my nails being careless, not because the nail tech did a bad job. I went back to the salon today to get the broken nail fixed expecting to pay. They didn’t charge me to fix the nail. I was so touched. I used to go to VSpa and I broke a nail, to get it fixed not only did they charge but they made me go to the same tech to fix it and of course the tech didn’t work that day. It was a real hassle. The team at Expo really took care of me today, now they have a regular customer. I am thankful for their customer service and kindness.

Terry Lee - The best nail tech ever! He has been doing my nails for 20 years now and we have a friendship like no other. He does a great job all the time. The shop is comfortable, friendly and relaxing, Very beautiful inside. A place to go get a mani and pedi with a glass of wine.
