previously posted this review, but it seems it was deleted. First red flag: they kept passing me between different technicians. When I showed the design I wanted, it caused confusion and arguments among the staff. One employee mentioned overcharging me, and the woman doing my nails insisted the price was $110, which didn’t make sense given the simplicity of the design. Another worker had to step in just to explain the pricing. I ended up asking for simple black French tips instead which cost $65, but they came out sloppy. The technique used felt off. When she finished, she asked if I liked them. I said yes just to leave quickly, and she responded, “Good, because I’m tired.” Overall, it felt very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place. My wife went to get her nails done yesterday and had a horrible experience. The front desk lady (the same person we'll get to later) gave her weird looks as soon as she walked in and was very unfriendly. My wife wanted almond-shaped nails but her nail tech gave her square-cut nails instead saying her nails were too short for almond. They were very long but looks like the nail tech wanted to do square since they're much easier to do and require less effort. The same front desk lady said something to her in their language speaking about my wife. Her nail tech cut her nails too short and didn't do the best job. She also cut her on three fingers and instead of apologizing told my wife "You're too tense, that's why I cut you, you need to relax your hand". My wife also had a gift card to redeem

I love Expo Nails! I have been coming here for years( probably as long as they’ve been open.) I have gotten manicures, pedicures, full set gel nails, and cluster lashes. The staff here is super nice, and the owner always remembers me and what I usually get. I never have to wait when I come in. I typically go right to the pedicure chair or the manicure station. It is never loud at this salon. I never have to worry about loud music or loud talking. I have a busy schedule, so when I come here I get to relax and take a break away from my busy schedule. I will recommend Expo Nails to everyone (male or female) for their salon needs. Expo Nails is my spot!

Gina and Kathy are excellent techs paying attention to detail and ensuring the client gets what they hope for. Massage chairs while you wait also! This is my second time visiting, and I will definitely be a return customer!

Worst experience ever! The nail tech smacked my daughter hard to get her to sit down then did a horrible job. She told my daughter No when she asked to put a star on her nail. Told her she couldn't afford it!!! The lady got mad that she had to redo them and was ruff with my daughter and caused her cuticle to bleed and messed them up again. Repeatedly asking her how old she was after she told her 15 the first time. Finally had them redone a third time by someone else and they still look like a toddler painted them. Horrible experience. The lady that did them twice wanted us to pay more money too. We were there for 4 hrs. Ridiculous. Never again.
