Please read the reviews and think twice before coming here. This was my first time there and the owner kept saying she’s happy we’ve been coming often. In the middle of getting my eyebrows done the lady was so focused on everything but my eyebrows. She even treaded it while not looking making my eyebrows super thin. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Not to mention I spoke up about my eyebrows being uneven and I got literally pushed back into the chair by the owner. She was literally begging people to comeback and stay. While trying to attempt to fix my eyebrows. NOT to mentioned the owner was waxing my husband’s eyebrows and dipped the stick into the wax multiple times. Will never be returning. (Left with my eyebrows thin and uneven)

At first, I wanted to give this place a chance, it takes time to build a client – vendor relationship, However, so many incidents have happened, which made me not want to go to this place. I was reading some of the other comments before leaving my own this time, and I cannot agree any less. The owner/the manager Has no customer service skills. She claims that she’s been in the business for 20 years, Which I do believe, because when I asked her to ensure to leave my eyebrow growth, she understood why. However, the unnecessary comments that she made that she thinks that my hair won’t grow was absurd. BOTCHED LASH LIFT. Do not go here for anything other than waxing/threading. The pushy saleswoman practically forced me to get my lashes lifted (I’m so mad at myself for being peer pressured - which is exactly what she did). My eyelashes are practically glued to my eyelids, curling completely inward instead of up, and look horrendous. After doing some research online, I’ve learned that she 1. Is just a bad tech, 2. Used a curler that was too small for my lashes and 3. Left the product on WAY too long (supposed to be 14 min max, she did over 30 min despite me continuously asking if it could be done). Ridiculous that I spent money to look this bad.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I don’t usually leave reviews—especially negative ones—but I feel obligated to warn others about this salon. Please, do not go here. I had an extremely upsetting experience with Naz, who was not only unprofessional but shockingly rude. I calmly mentioned that she had cut me badly during my last visit so she could be more careful this time. Instead of showing any concern, she became defensive and accused me of “blaming” her. I wasn’t accusing her—I was simply letting her know what happened so it wouldn’t happen again. Her attitude was nasty from that moment on.
