Service was great the 1st time I visited. Pedi technician isn't the greatest. Nails were filed uneven. Nail tech was okay. They placed acrylic over my gel and when I proceeded to tell her I have gel, she rolled her eyes. She made them super thick. I asked if she could make them thinner. Like I had them when I came in. *Insert smirk* STRIKE II Gel polish began peeling just over a week and a half. If I am dropping a grip on service I expect to have the service match. They aren't horrible but I won't return.

I had to go somewhere else immediately after getting my pedi done here to have it redone. They are completely sloppy and careless. My 3 yr old could paint nails better. Jolie is no longer there so I will never be back. Also my gel lifted in less than a week.

I received brow tenting and it looks like she used a sharpie marker. I am not happy with the results. She over plucked and waxed my brows. The tinted curve was without an proper arch and way too long. I didn’t want to pay but I also didn’t want to make a bigger scene and have the police called. As the manager, she wasn’t willing to make things right. She kept saying “Too late, too late.” I was referred to her shop, never ever again. She’s also known for taking photos of her clients and posting them on social media without the client’s permission. This happened to my niece, we want her to remove the pictures from Facebook asap. Bad customer service, unprofessional and poor talent. Don’t go to this shop. Don’t support a business that don’t support their clients by not correcting the problem.

Paula and her team are so talented and friendly!! They have newly remodeled and it looks like a 5 star nail salon in Manhattan its beautiful. They have fabulous selections and wonderful prices!!! You must check them out. We have been to some of the new ones and they dont even compare!!!!!

Will never go there again. Tech was having a heated conversation with I guess her husband and made my nail one sided. When I told her I needed regular polish due to being allergic to gel she gets an attitude and says “ it’s still going to be the same price” and I say “ that doesn’t change the fact that I am allergic”. I guess she thought I was lying. So I was over charged and the shape is all wrong. I gave her what she charged and will never go back.
