Our experience with Kristen was amazing!!!! We were worried about my son sitting still or being a hassle for his first haircut and all of the girls there were so friendly and catering to everyone’s needs. They have toys and other things to keep them entertained. I definitely will only be coming here in the future and will be recommending extra care hair co to everyone I know!! My 4 year old daughters first hair cut was a wonderful experience. Kristen made my daughter excited and relaxed. Even went as far as walking her through what she was doing to her hair.

Best first haircut experience for our toddler that we could ever ask for! We were nervous that it would not go well, but ended up being super pleasantly surprised - no tears or fear or stress at all! Such a calm, loving, and safe environment. Shelby did a fantastic job making our son feel comfortable and happy, and gave him such a wonderful haircut. I'm so thankful for our experience today. I was so hesitant because my ADHD/Autistic 4 year old HATES having his hair touched. So far, hair cuts have been done in his sleep, but we really wanted him to look nice, so after much research I found Extra Care Hair Co. and Kate. We booked the 60 minute haircut session and it was so worth it. Kate was kind and playful and somehow got my son to get an amazing haircut! She took her time and gave him breaks and got him to agree to go along with her! I was the one crying I'm seeing my hand something as normal as get a haircut. We will definitely be back! 💖

Kristen is so kind to my family and works so hard to help my little guy feel safe during his haircut. Seriously couldn't be happier with all she does to make it a good experience for him. She did great on my husband's haircut and beard trim also. That cut was for my boy to watch daddy get a trim to see if it would help him with the noise of the trimmers and adjusting to new people more. That was dad's appointment and she still made a point to talk to our little guy several times, talked about what she was doing, etc. I don't do much with my hair besides cut it but I'm coming to Kristen next, just because I want to support a great beautician who's done so well by our family and especially our kiddo who doesn't do the greatest with people touching him.
